Bhopal: Once again a rain alert has been issued for Madhya Pradesh. In the 17 districts of the state including Bhopal, Gwalior, there may be light to heavy rain at some places till evening. According to meteorologist Ved Prakash Singh, the wind speed can be up to 40 km per hour in some parts of the state. This will keep the day cool.
Vidisha, Guna, Shivpuri, Tikamgarh, Panna, Chhatarpur and West Bhopal may receive light rain and thundershowers at isolated places. Wind speed is likely to reach 30 kmph. Ashoknagar, Bhind, Gwalior, Niwari, Morena, Datia and Sheopur Kalan, have a possibility of strong wind, water and lightning. The wind can blow at a speed of 45 km per hour. There is a possibility of rain at isolated places in Sagar and Neemuch as well. Light rain may occur in Ratangarh, Orchha, Khajuraho and Udayagiri.
A Western Disturbance has reached Jammu and Kashmir. Due to this, the cyclonic circle is getting stronger in Rajasthan. Due to this effect, there is a possibility of rain today and tomorrow as well. The rain continues from the intervening night of Friday-Saturday and there is a possibility of rain till the morning of January 23rd. After that the clouds will go away. Dense fog will start to cover. Even small hail can fall. From January 24th, the cold weather will start again. There is no hope of respite from the cold.
