Gwalior: In a recent judgement, the district Court has given seven years of jail sentence to Dinesh Batham, who is also known as Jaggu. This has been done due to the reason that he committed an unnatured crime with a cow. Now, he has been sentenced for seven years in Jail which has been possible because of the evidences and investigations which took place in the trial period.
This incident happened in the Thatipur area on 29 August, 2023. The complaint was filed by Ajay Sikarwar, who said that he witnessed this incident in the morning at 4 AM. He reported that he saw Dinesh Batham being involved in an unnatural act against a cow. Evidence and Court Proceedings
This case gained even more attention when the CCTV footage regarding the incident were revealed. The footage also came with the medical reports of the cow, which further helped the court in the decision-making process. These reports proved that Dinesh did an unnatural act against the cow, which helped to carry the proceedings further.
When the court proceedings started, the medical reports and CCTV footage were presented which couldn’t be refuted. Therefore, Dinesh Batham was not able to provide any counter argument against the same. The judge took the argument and sentenced Dinesh Batham for seven years of imprisonment.
The local community and tribal people were happy with the decision taken by the district court against him. They also believe that such strict measures shall be taken to ensure that such acts don’t occur again in the near future.
