Indore: The Grand Old Party of Indian politics, Congress is gearing up for the upcoming Indore MC Elections. The party released its manifesto on Thursday promising an array of convenient facilities for the locals along with the overall development of Indore. Congress’s candidate from Mahapaur Sanjay Shukla is conducting public meetings constantly and was accompanied by former Minister and MLA Sajjan Singh Verma and city President Vinay Bakliwal at the launch of the party’s election manifesto.
The Congress Party touched almost all the aspects on its manifesto release starting from free water supply at home, road construction, Indore Development Scheme 2035, making employees permanent in their jobs, Mahapaur Pension Scheme, addressing unemployment, Health Centres in town, construction of 50 food zones and flyover construction for ease of transportation.
The list of promises also included a public grievance redressal hour system, management of markets in the town, issuing a proper place to vendors by allotting them a license, free availability of birth and death certificates at home within 7 days and availability of a local water supply source.
