Jabalpur: On the occasion of the ‘Regional Industry Conclave’ going to be held in Jabalpur tomorrow, the Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav said that many investment proposals will be coming forward during the event. Another high-focus area pointed out by Dr Yadav in his statement is the vision of the state claiming the top spot in industrial development in the country. For the same, Madhya Pradesh has been implementing new measures time and again for the procurement of industrial investment. Talking about past events, he recalled the Regional Investor Summit in Ujjain in March, during which investment proposals in excess of 75000 crores were received.

When asked about the investor summit held in Jabalpur, Dr Yadav said that, like this particular investor summit, a large number of investors and industrialists would be expected from all over India. He expected that the summit would attract many new ideas that could advance some or all segments of the state. The emphasis will be on resource exploitation, which will be provided to the state of Madhya Pradesh, with special reference to health, education, and various types of industries, from small to medium to cottage industries.

The Chief Minister recognised the government’s efforts in carrying forward this theme to establish the state and its developmental mechanism by concentrating industries of all types. Regarding the upcoming Regional Investor Summit, he welcomed the event and congratulated the administration.

Therefore, CM Mohan Yadav once more resounded the state’s stance of attaining the number one rank in industrial development across the country. He pointed out that the government’s current activities and the expected outcome of the Jabalpur meeting are crucial activities to this effect.
