Sheopur. The male cheetah Vayu, who had come out of Kuno National Park and reached the residential area of the city, has not returned even after three days. He is probably liking the environment near the city in this winter season, that is why he is still staying at the same place where he had reached for the first time on Sunday.
This leopard, which has come out of Kuno, is seen every morning near the Mor Dungri river. This leopard is living among the dense trees and bushes in the ravines near the river. There is a stone quarry and crusher nearby. The leopard comes out of the bushes every day to drink water in the Mor Dungri river in the morning and then returns to the same place. Its video has also surfaced. A team of five members is engaged in security and supervision, who also have a four-wheeler, in which this team spends the night.
On Tuesday morning, the Cheetah came out of the dense trees and reached the Mor Dungri river to drink water and then returned to the same place. Out of the five people deployed for surveillance, one is wearing an army-like uniform and four are in civil dress. The presence of the Cheetah for the last three days has bothered the farmers and villagers. They are avoiding going to the fields out of fear. Silence prevails at night. People are waiting for the forest department team to take this Cheetah away from here so that they can guard the fields. The farmers of Dhegada village say that they are bothered because the Cheetah is near our fields.
The Vayu leopard that has come out of Kuno National Park and reached the residential area is enjoying this new place in this winter season. The reason is that there is sufficient water in the Mor Dungri river here. There are very dense trees and bushes which protect it from the cold at night. However, this leopard keeps screaming throughout the night. It is beyond understanding whether it is its nature or it does so remembering its brother Agni leopard due to cold and loneliness. The presence of the leopard at the same place for 3 days is an indication that it is enjoying the environment here.
