Khargone: There was a terrible accident where a car skidded off the road and fell into a drain 10 feet deep in the Khargone district of Madhya Pradesh. What can be said is the saying “Jako rakhe saiyan, mar sake na koi” (God protects those he wishes to) was true, as everyone on board came out unscathed. It happened on the Mandleshwar-Mhow Jamghat road near Junapani; the car rolled off a small bridge. Against one’s luck, there were approximately five feet of water in the drain to help minimize the impact of the fall, avoiding a disaster.
It was a Santro car in which six persons from Indore were inside two females, one male, and three kids. As soon as the car fell, there was a breakout of confusion, though passers and people living nearby reacted quickly and responsibly, and all people were saved from the car. Being safe and relieved, they got out another car for themselves and proceeded to Indore safely.
There is the recorded footage where the tension is quite evidently seen, and in the final moments, everyone comes out unharmed. Hence, every emergency situation should involve the people of the community, as they proved to be very resourceful in this rescue operation.
This incident perfectly provided a tragedy of life because it demonstrated that anyone could unexpectedly become a victim of a catastrophe, and thereby stressed the magnitude of patience and kindness that people should cultivate to be able to assist others during distressing situations. It has become the subject of discussion among members of that family, and everyone in the neighborhood was relieved to learn that it did not culminate in the family getting killed in that bloody accident.
