Bhopal: Political parties in Madhya Pradesh have heightened their campaign efforts in preparation for the state assembly elections. Notably, Mayawati, the leader of the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), is set to make her presence felt in the state as she gears up for a series of rallies to support BSP candidates.
In anticipation of the MP assembly elections, BSP is making preparations for a large-scale rally. The party is particularly focused on securing the votes of Dalits and Adivasis in the state. To achieve this objective, Mayawati will lead rallies and public meetings in the Gwalior Chambal and Bundelkhand regions. The party’s commitment to this endeavor is evident, with eight rally programs scheduled.
As per the planned schedule, Mayawati, the leader of BSP, will address election rallies in Niwari and Sehore on November 6. On November 7, she will hold rallies in Chhatarpur and Damoh. The campaign will continue on November 8 with election rallies in Rewa and Satna. Furthermore, on November 14, Mayawati will address the gatherings in Morena districts.
It’s important to note that candidate nominations for the MP assembly elections must be submitted by October 30, with a review of nominations scheduled for October 31. Withdrawals of candidacies can be made until November 2.
On November 17, the entire state will engage in voting, which will be conducted in a phase. The counting of votes is scheduled for December 3. These elections have gained interest from all political parties in the state.
Mayawati’s proactive role and the BSP’s campaign efforts in these elections reflect the significance of Madhya Pradesh in India’s political landscape. The outcome of the polls will play a crucial role in determining the future leadership and direction of the state.
