Gwalior: The case of the rural treasurer of BJP, Raja Bhaiya, who was assaulted by unknown thugs in the city, has suddenly come to light. The self-diagnosis through a CCTV camera displays an incident of penetration and battery at a residence. The sharing of videos of the crime is taking the internet by storm on social media.
The incident took place in Janakpuri, Adityapuram area under Maharajpura police jurisdiction, where Shailendra Tomar, a retired soldier, assaulted BJP leader Raja Gurjar. Tomar intruded into Raja’s house and physically assaulted him. The victim had parked his car outside Tomar’s residence, and when the driver asked Tomar to move it, Tomar initiated the assault. Subsequently, when Raja arrived to intervene, Tomar continued the assault, even entering Raja’s house. Raja was pushed and thrown to the ground during the altercation. The entire incident was captured on CCTV.
BJP leader Raja reported the matter to the local station in Maharajpura under Section 154 of a lawsuit. This is combined with the suspicion that at the time of the attack, he had consumed alcohol. In accordance with the existing matter and the proof, an FIR has fallen.
