The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has formulated a mega plan for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, announcing the initiation of cluster meetings from the next week onwards. These clusters will witness the participation of Chief Ministers and Deputy Chief Ministers from BJP-governed states, converging in Madhya Pradesh for the campaign strategy sessions. BJP State President V.D. Sharma has issued crucial directives to party workers during a meeting at the party headquarters, emphasizing the need to step beyond the euphoria of victory.
The party discussed its triumph in the recent assembly elections, particularly focusing on the Khajuraho constituency. V.D. Sharma expressed confidence in achieving a clean sweep in the Khajuraho seat, predicting an increase of more than 10 percent in votes compared to the previous elections.
During the meeting, the BJP leadership stressed the importance of remaining focused on the goal, urging party workers to dedicate their entire time towards party initiatives. Dr. Mahendra Singh, the Election In-charge, along with Satish Upadhyay, Co-In-charge, and State President V.D. Sharma led the discussions. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav was also present, highlighting the significance of the Khajuraho seat in the electoral discussions.
V.D. Sharma outlined the daily targets and emphasized the need for meticulous planning, directing party members to channel their efforts towards reaching every constituency and assigning electoral responsibilities to workers. The party aims to avoid complacency and any form of misinformation, stressing the importance of maintaining a winning mindset.
Sources reveal that the BJP has devised an elaborate election strategy for the Lok Sabha polls, building on the successful tactics employed in the assembly elections. Cluster meetings, scheduled to commence next week, will witness the participation of Chief Ministers and Deputy Chief Ministers from BJP-ruled states. Distinguished leaders like Rajasthan’s Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma and Uttar Pradesh’s Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya are expected to attend these cluster meetings in Madhya Pradesh.
Additionally, each cluster meeting is anticipated to have a prominent leader in attendance, with speculation that Central Home Minister Amit Shah might join the Gwalior cluster meeting. This strategic approach underscores the BJP’s commitment to a well-coordinated and comprehensive campaign for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
