Bhopal: Late at night, the All India Students’ Association (AISA) surrounded the Gandhi Nagar police station, escalating tensions in the area. The atmosphere outside the station was charged as ABVP activists, seated in a protest, raised slogans vehemently. The ABVP activists were demanding stringent action against those found guilty in a corruption scandal.

Among the five individuals named in the FIR, Sunil Kumar, the Registrar of the university, is a prominent figure. The revelation of the scandal has resulted in the removal of all implicated individuals from their positions, including Sunil Kumar.
