New Delhi: The last and final session of government formation in Delhi has started from 29th November. Earlier, the session of the assembly was called in September as well. On the first day of the session, BJP will try to corner the Aam Aadmi Party government in the House on CAG and Ayushman Bharat Yojana. At the same time, the ruling party BJP and the central government can debate the poor law and order situation in Delhi. The Delhi government has to present 24 CAG reports in the House, but the government has not tabled them. Therefore, BJP can create a ruckus in the House and put pressure on the government to make them public.
Kuldeep Kumar, Aam Aadmi Party MLA in the Delhi Assembly, said that BJP is responsible for the issue of bus marshals; we are continuously struggling; we hold BJP’s feet for the appointment of bus marshals because we have given security, employment and protection to the mothers, sisters and daughters of Delhi; BJP has done the work of removing bus marshals. Accusing BJP, he said that when people go to LG, they say that LG did not give permission. Senior leaders of Delhi BJP and LG sahab met bus marshals, got photographs taken, but did not get jobs. Today people are asking why LG did not give jobs?
BJP protested against not holding Question Hour in the House. Leader of Opposition Vijender Gupta said that the government has not been holding Question Hour for the last one year, due to which MLAs are not able to raise the voice of their areas and ministers are not able to answer the questions of MLAs. On the other hand, BJP strongly opposed the issue raised by the MLAs in the House under Rule 280. The Speaker of the Assembly did not give the MLAs an opportunity to read the issues and instructed to consider them as read, due to which BJP MLAs walked out of the House.
Discussion started under rule 55, in which Aam Aadmi Party MLAs decided to discuss only on not deploying marshals. After the boycott, BJP MLAs returned to the House, while Satyendra Jain reached the assembly for the first time after getting bail. One of the three MLAs elected recently from Aam Aadmi Party did not come to the House today, while Kailash Gehlot, who left Aam Aadmi Party and resigned from his post, also did not come to the House. Members of both sides welcomed him.
