Dantewada: At least three Naxal carrying a bounty of 18 Lakhs in total surrendered before Dantewada SP Siddharth Tiwari here on Thursday.
According to officials, two out of the Naxals carried a reward of 5 lakhs each on their head while another Naxal held a bounty of Rs 8 lakh. As per reports they have connections with several murders, arson and robbery and IED blasts cases.
They will be given benefits under govt schemes, added the SP in a media interaction.
So far 549 Maoists including 136 carrying bounty have surrendered to CG govt.
