Raipur: The capital city of Chhattisgarh continues to report a rise in the number of swine flu cases. So far 22 districts of the state have reported the detection of the H1N1virus.
As per the updated statistics, the Balodabazar district reported 2 new cases, the fort city identified one active case which has taken the infection tally to 126 in the capital city. Active tally in Raipur stood at 42. Meanwhile, total infections in Durg stood at 28 with 14 active cases. 11 infections in Rajanadgoan, 13 in Bilaspur and 7 in Bastar have been reported.
The cumulative tally of swine flu has risen to 273 out of which 95 are under medical attention in different hospitals while the rest recuperated.
Dr Subash Misra of the Epidemic Department has appealed to the people to follow appropriate instructions and consult experts.
