BJP district headquarters, Ram Mandir, all the shops and houses present in this area have been submerged. The police force is present here and the road has been made one-way.
The meteorological department has issued an alert of heavy rain in Bastar district for the next 24 hours. Orange alert has been issued for Bastar, Bijapur, and Narayanpur while yellow alert has been issued for Kanker, Kondagaon, Dantewada, and Sukma districts.
