Jagdalpur: Security forces have launched a major operation in Gadchiroli on the Chhattisgarh-Maharashtra border, striking a decisive blow at the roots of Naxalism. In a joint operation, the C-60, Central Reserve Police Force, and district police demolished 44 memorials associated with Naxalites. These memorials had been considered symbols of Naxalite influence and propaganda for years.

The operation aims to curb the glorification of Naxalism and prevent local youth from being misled. According to officials, the operation was thoroughly planned and carried out after a regional security assessment. The forces’ actions have strengthened the security message and administrative control in the area.

It is noteworthy that anti-Naxal operations are being continuously intensified in Maharashtra, so that the path to peace and development can be cleared.
