Chhattisgarh: After the cancellation of Board Exams 2021, the most important question among students is ‘When will school reopen in India’. As the COVID-19 cases are declining in the country, states are planning to reopen the schools and higher educational institutions.
Chhattisgarh Government on Wednesday announced, re-opening of schools for the academic session 2021-22. The staff of all schools can attend school and prepare its proforma for the upcoming academic session. The school administration is instructed to follow COVID behaviour on the premises.
The government has directed the school to refrain from conducting offline classes unless the state recovers completely from COVID trauma and prepares itself for the unprecedented third wave. As directed the schools will continue to function via virtual mode.
Apparently, it is said that the upcoming wave of the coronavirus will affect children in a higher ratio compared to adults.
It is reported that students can collect their books and uniforms from the schools. However, They will have to wait to attend offline classes until further notice. The children deprived of modern technology would be able to attend classes at the Mohalla study centre in the Vananchal area of the state.
On June 11, Himachal Pradesh announced plans to resume dental, medical, ayurvedic, nursing and pharmacy colleges. However, states and UTs like Haryana, Telangana, Jammu & Kashmir and Assam have extended the summer vacation of schools.
