Raipur: Chhattisgarh capital has been recording a drastic spike in swine flu cases. As per data updated on Wednesday, the state has recorded 5 new cases taking the active tally to 33 in the state. Cumulatively the number of infections in the capital city stands at 177.
Around 9 mortalities have been reported in Raipur around 11 patients have recuperated so far. As many as 33 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals across the city.
Health authorities say they are fully prepared and equiped to tackle any emergency situation. They have appealed to the people follow covid protocols.
