Petrol prices have become costlier by Rs 6.14 in 28 days and diesel prices have increased by Rs 7.34. Market experts say that their prices are likely to increase further in the coming days. On Thursday, October 28th, petrol was sold for Rs 106 per litre and diesel at Rs 104.84 per litre. After 3 days i.e. from November 1st, there are signs of an increase in the prices of LPG as well. In October itself, the domestic cylinder is Rs 971 and from November 1st next month, its price is expected to reach Rs 1000. It is being told that these days many people’s gas subsidy has also stopped coming.
On October 1st, the price of petrol in the capital Raipur was Rs 99.86 per litre, while the price of diesel was Rs 97.50 per litre. At the same time, on October 29th, the price of petrol was Rs 106 per litre and the price of diesel was Rs 104.84 per litre. Pump operators say that the increase in the prices of petrol and diesel has had an impact especially on the consumption of diesel and diesel is being bought more from those areas where the prices are slightly lower. Along with this, carmakers are also focusing more on petrol vehicles these days and are paying attention to maximum mileage and technology.
