Chhattisgarh: A horrific accident occurred near the Congress building at Marwahi Manendragarh road. One died on spot after being crushed under the wheels of a truck. Reportedly, a truck laden with straw heading towards Manendragarh at 10 am when the lady’s two wheeler skit and she came under the wheels of the truck.
Deceased identified as Jamuni Bai 33 years from Badra village was going to Amera-Tikra to attend a wedding with her husband Nirmal Das. Relatives of the deceased were informed, in the meanwhile, the body was sent for postmortem to the Community Health Centre Marwahi.
The traffic police has appealed to the people commuting using the Gaurela, Pendra, Marwahi roads to be mindful of the traffic rules. The dept has engaged a team to rectify the traffic system of the roads to avoid accidents.
