Raipur: Dr.Abhijit Banerjee, a Nobel Laureate, is scheduled to address the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru National Education Conference in Raipur on November 14 and 15. The Shiksha Samagam will be attended by a number of notable educationists from throughout the country. The School Education Department is working feverishly to prepare for the Rashtriya Shiksha Samagam. This information was provided by Rajesh Singh Rana, Joint Secretary and SCERT Director, School Education Department, at a meeting held today at the State Media Center at SCRT in connection with the Shiksha Samagam preparations.
On the 14th and 15th of this month, the Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru National Education Conference will be held in Chhattisgarh. For its successful functioning and widespread dissemination, the State Media Center was formed. Cells for print, social media, and electronic media have been established here. School Education Ministers, Secretary and Director level executives from other states, NGOs working in the area of education, and creative teachers from other states will all participate in this programme, according to Mr. Rana.
