Naryanpur: Naxalites are persisting in their cowardly activities, as once again, in the Narayanpur district, they have set fire to four trucks, igniting fear and unrest in the region. The incident, centered around the Chhote Dongar police station area, has sent shockwaves through the community. According to reports, the arson took place near the Aatmanandan School, situated between Narayanpur and Orcha Marg on the Chhote Dongar route, during the previous night.
The trucks targeted by the Naxalites belong to the Amadai Iron Ore Transport Company, adding to the economic disruption caused by such nefarious acts. Additionally, the attackers also abducted the drivers and conductors of the vehicles, only to release them shortly afterward. The swift response from security forces ensued immediately after the arson, with personnel arriving at the scene promptly to address the situation. However, the Naxalites managed to flee the scene before they could be apprehended.
Confirming the incident, Narayanpur ASP Robinson Guriya has assured that necessary actions will be taken to investigate the matter thoroughly and bring the perpetrators to justice. Such acts of violence not only disrupt the peace and stability of the region but also pose significant challenges to the authorities tasked with maintaining law and order.
