Chhattisgarh: The North America Chhattisgarh Association (NACHA) has been awarded the ‘Organization of the year award’ at the 10th Annual Global Community Oscar Awards ceremony in the US. The event was held in Chicago on August 28th in the prescience of several global community leaders and US Politicians.

CM Baghel congratulated the members of NACHA on being honoured with the prestigious award. Praising the state he said, “Chhattisgarh is a state built-in rich culture and folk traditions. It is the pride of every Chhattisgarhi to bring merits to the state and global recognition.” Calling as a Cultural Carrier of the State, CM Baghel expressed joy over the recognition.

The Global community Awards ceremony was sponsored by Senior US Congressman (House of Representatives) Danny Davis, along with international organizations American Multi-Ethnic Coalition and Multi-Ethnic American Task Force.

NACHA was formed in the year 2017 in Chicago to promote Chhattisgarh Heritage and Culture outside India.NACHA has emerged as an international brand and hosts several events to promote the state and support the Chhattisgarh community on a global scale.
