One such case has come to light from Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh, where 2 youths gang-raped a minor. However, the police have arrested both of them. According to the information received, both the accused Rehman Ali and Javed are former acquaintances of the minor. Both the accused pretended to take the minor for a walk by luring her. Reportedly, the accused took the victim to the Kamal Vihar area by putting them in an auto. Where both of them carried out the incident of rape. Later, the police registered a case on the complaint of the victim and arrested the accused.
