A Congress leader mentioned that around 30 MLAs of Jharkands constituency had taken off from the Swami Vivekananda Airport in Raipur after 3:45 pm in a chartered aircraft.
Around 30 MLAs were parked in Raipur May fair resort since August 30th after Jharkand CM feared horsing of its party members. Four of them returned to Ranchi to take part in a Cabinet meeting held on Thursday.
The UPA and JMM coalition is facing a crisis as Soren faces possible disqualification as an MLA for violating electoral norms by extending a mining lease to himself.
The BJP, the petitioner in the case against Soren, has sought his disqualification for violating Section 9 (A) of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, which deals with disqualification for government contracts.
