The Chhattisgarh Home Minister and Deputy CM Vijay Sharma lately commented on the Bijapur clash, praising the security forces for their bravery. The people of Bastar are assured that the creation of the villages will be observed from an appropriate distance.
Home Minister Vijay Sharma, speaking of the role of the home minister, mentioned that the first step to address violence like this is to identify the social issues and step forward to work on them. He appealed to people to recognize the circumstances so they can be as peaceful as they can and keep away from problems in the future.
As indicated in the previous week’s Economic Advancement Committee-Population Management report regarding the growing number of Muslims, Sharma believes this is something that must be tackled and noted it was unnatural.
With regard to the Naxals negotiations, Vijay Sharma, the deputy chief minister, declared that the government remains open for dialogue to ensure an end to the conflict and to bring developments to the people in Bastar villages. Besides, he highlighted the fact that a large number of Naxals, including more than 250 and numerous arrests were taken place in Narayanpur, Sukma and Dantewada districts.
Arvind Kejriwal’s interim bail was questioned by DCP in this relation, Vijay Sharma said that the bail doesn’t mean was there a trial and innocent till then. He accentuated the significance of the added clarity while tackling the cases of corruption.
