Chhattisgarh: Jashpur Police in a major feat on the eve of Holi seized a huge cache of Ganja worth Rs 2.60 Lakhs in the city. It detained 4 including a minor. More than 26 kgs of Ganja was seized that was being smuggled from Jharsuguda in Orissa to Bihar via CG.
Officials from Tapkara PS said the accused were residents of Chhapra, Bihar. The accused are being interrogated to rule out the possibility of a syndicate operating across the country.
The accused will be presented before the court for further custody.
