Raipur: Chaitanya Baghel son of Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel got married to Khyati Verma at a resort hotel in Raipur. Images of the wedding made rounds of social media as the minister danced in the baraat of his son. CM Baghel’s Twitter account regularly shared updates of the wedding on Sunday, 6th February.
The wedding was held with all Hindu rituals. While the bride and the groom donned glittery garments. Baghel’s white Sherwani with a blue and red saahfaa added a sheer look to his attire.
Ministers like TS Singh Deo and Amarjeet Bhagat are also seen shaking a leg. Several other leaders were also seen in the event. Chaitanya tied the knot with Khyati Verma, a banking and finance student. Former Madhya Pradesh CM, Digvijay Singh, Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren were among a few senior leaders amongst the guests. Other party members seen in the pictures shared by Bhupesh Baghel were BK Hariprasad, KTS Tulsi, Shakti Singh Gohil, Congress in-charge PL Punia, Chandan Yadav, Saptagiri Shankar Ulka. Apart from them industrialists Naveen Jindal also attended the wedding.
Chaitanya Baghel got engaged on 4th January to Khyati Verma. Chaitanya is a graduate in Agriculture while his fiancée hails from an Administration Field. Currently, she is working at a prestigious post in an International Bank. Her family holds no political background and are into agriculture.
