Durg: A family of four was stabbed to death with an axe in Durg, Chhattisgarh on Wednesday, police officials said on Thursday. The children- a girl 13 years old and a boy 8 years old are said to be killed.
Preliminary investigations reveal the woman’s body was found in the house and the stabbed man was found near the field. Reports indicate the involvement of the brother in the homicide on a personal feud. However, there is no confirmation yet.
Durg SP investigating the case said- “The murderer knew about the whereabouts of their house. Prima facie, the husband’s brother is suspected. Further probe is on.”
