Bhilai: The Enforcement Directorate team has raided the Nehru Nagar residence of Deepak Savlani, business partner Saurabh Chandrakar, the prime accused in Mahadev betting app. Deepak Savlani was Saurabh Chandrakar’s partner in the juice factory.
Sources reveal that Deepak Mahadev, who lived in Dubai with a different name helped Saurbah and Ravi Uppal in transacting money of the app. The ED’s team has been investigating his house since morning.
The ED team also raided the Shanti Nagar residence of Satnam Singh and all places associated with the Mahadev Betting App.
Earlier, ED issued summon notice to actor Ranbir Kapoor in connection with the same case to determine the amount of money he received for these promotions and the method of payment when the actor promoted the app.
According to the details provided by the investigating agency, Mahadev Online Book Betting App is an umbrella syndicate arranging online platforms for enabling illegal betting websites to enroll new users.
