A DRG jawan was injured after coming under the pressure IED of Naxalites in Bijapur, Chhattisgarh. The injured jawan has been admitted to Bijapur District Hospital for treatment. This incident took place in Maddeed police station area and Bijapur SP Jitendra Yadav has confirmed the incident.
Actually, the security force personnel had gone for area domination in Bandepara of Maddeed, where the Naxalites had planted a pressure IED. DRG security force personnel Lacchu Kadti got injured after coming in the grip of the IED. The relief is that the life of the soldier was saved and he suffered only minor injuries. The soldier has suffered minor injuries on his face and hand. He has been admitted to the District Hospital Bijapur for treatment, where his treatment is going on.
