Raipur: Brokers selling expensive Mercedes by preparing fake RC book have been exposed. Nitin Krishnani, operator of Raipur’s Asiatic Motors, Mohd. Noor Qazi and Rahul Vasan together sold a Mercedes car to Sapan Mandal, the operator of MM Fish, to extort 19 lakh rupees by selling a fake RC book. The victim has lodged a complaint with the police in the matter. According to the sources, Sapan Mandal realized the fraud after 9 months after selling Mercedes for Rs 18.5 lakh after the notification came from Ludhiana Crime Bureau. After this, the applicant reached the police station and asked the owner of Asiatic Motors Nitin Krishnani, Mohd.
In fact, after buying a Mercedes from Sapan, it was sold to Aman Malhotra, who sold the car to Satyendra Singh Chahal of Ludhiana. Satyendra gathered information online for name transfer, and then it came to know that the RC book of the vehicle is fake. The vehicle owner has got finance from Delmar Financial Company Service India Private Limited, whose instalment of lakhs of rupees has not been paid. On hearing this, Satyendra Singh Chahal lodged a complaint against Sapan Mandal in ACP Financial Crime Ludhiana, from where Sapan Mandal came to know about the fraud after receiving the notification on December 3rd.
Police are searching for the accused Mana police station said that FIR has been registered under section 420 of cheating. Nitin Krishnani, Director of Asiatic Motors, Mohd. Noor Qazi and Rahul Vasan together have cheated the applicant Sapan Mandal to the tune of Rs 19 lakh. If more complaints are received against them in the coming time, then legal action will be taken after investigation.
