Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel on Friday states that the State will soon be out of COVID-19 vaccination. Chhattisgarh has received 35.83 lakh vaccine doses so far. Presently, we have stock of 4.83 lakh doses which can last for 2 days. We have requested the Central government to provide vaccine doses for seven days so that the vaccination drive continues to run smoothly,” said Baghel.

The state health bulletin reported 11,447 new infections in the past 24 hours. This took the active count of the state to 76,868. With a slower rate of recuperation, the state reported 91 states lately.

While 46.7 Lakh samples were collected,37.1 Lakh vaccines are administered so far. Earlier the CM took his first dose of COVID-19 vaccine at Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru Memorial Medical College in Raipur on Friday.

As per the data by the MoHFW, India has successfully shielded 9,80,75,160 citizens against the deadly virus.
