Corona CG update: Two Government servants and one cook test COVID-19 positive; active cases rose to 7

Chhattisgarh: Three more people from SurajPur District in Chhattisgarh tested coronavirus positive on Friday, taking the number of such patients in the state to 43, of whom 36 have been discharged so far. And 7 patients are under treatment in AIIMS hospital, raipur.

It is speculated that all three people got infected by coming into contact with first corona positive labour in surajpur. They all were placed in a different duties on relief camp on the inter-state border. According to the information, the new patients found positive in surajpur includes a panchayat secretary, hostel cook and police constable.

Dr RS Singh, Chief Medical and Health Officer of surajpur district has confirmed this news. And said that all the three newly identified corona positive have been sent for treatment in AIIMS Raipur.
