Raipur, Chhattisgarh: With a purview of providing the protective equipment to the Raipur police team and on-duty officials, today Doctor Abbas Naqvi, Chhattisgarh congress spoke person Vikas Tiwari and businessman Goutam Kakkar handed over 500 three-layer masks for the use of 500 police officers who are giving their service 24×7 relentless. They handed over this masks to DGP DM Awasthi, in the presence of IG Dr Anand Chhabra, SSP Arif Sheikh and AIG Rajesh Agrawal.
State DGP DM Awasthi said that this initiative by Doctor Abbas Naqvi is very commendable and helpful for the police team who is doing their duty at high risk. It will provide a great sense of relief to all the policemen who are relentlessly fighting this battle again COVID-19. It will also help them to protect their health. Further, Awasthi added that this type of initiative also boosts the morale of police personnel and they do their duty more diligently.
Dr Abbas Naqvi said that in future if police personnel and their families needed any type of medical suggestions or any other type of aid’s, they will be providing them free of cost. So that they can do their duty without any worries. Further Dr Naqvi said that due to the policemen, the people of the entire city and the entire state are safe in their homes. so, now it’s our responsibility that we should come forward and help them.
