Mahasamund, CG: Results of the President for Municipal corporation Mahasamund polls have secured Rashi Mahilaang the post. The elections were held today at 11 a.m. for which Rashi Mahilang from the Congress party competed against BJP’s former Municipal president Prakash Chandrakar.
Pressing the media on her victory, President Rashi Mahilang praised the Baghel administration for its efforts and said- our priority is to provide basic amenities to the city and work on the development of the city.
The Mahasmund Municipal Corporation Elections were called for after a no-confidence motion was passed by the Baghel govt. Rashi Mahilaang who contested for Congress won the polls by 19 votes while the former President got only 11 votes.
