Raigarh: Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge visited Chhattisgarh for the fifth time in eight months. He attended the ‘Trust Conference’ held in Kodaatari, Raigarh. During the event, Speaker Churandas Mahant remarked that there was a larger gathering in Raigarh’s meeting than in Prime Minister Modi’s rally.
Kharge laid the foundation stone for Jaitkham, which is being developed in 82 selected development blocks in the state. Additionally, the government distributed goods and financial aid worth ₹9 crore 8 lakhs 35 thousand to 3088 beneficiaries of government schemes.
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel stated, “In Raipur, Raigarh, and Jagdalpur, Modi ji spoke falsehoods. When the central government purchases paddy, what could be a bigger lie? During the tenure of the double-engine government, why was the bonus discontinued? In the Raman era, paddy was procured at ₹10 per quintal per acre.”
Deputy CM TS Singh Deo remarked, “The policies that the Chhattisgarh government has adopted for the welfare of farmers are unparalleled in the entire country. No other state has been able to muster the courage to adopt similar policies for the benefit of farmers.”
Higher Education Minister Umesh Patel stated, “In Chhattisgarh, the Congress government has formulated a plan and provided assistance of ₹7,000 to landless individuals.”
Speaker Churandas Mahant emphasized, “There is a larger gathering in the Congress President’s meeting than in the Prime Minister’s gathering.”
Congress President Deepak Baij said, “The central government is attempting to intimidate the Congress government through the ED and IT departments.”
