Raipur: The Congress party has been actively working on strengthening its preparations for the elections in Chhattisgarh. As a step, they have formed a committee of 23 members to draft their election manifesto. Mohd Akbar will lead this group, ensuring that the party’s promises and commitments are clearly outlined and resonate with the people of Chhattisgarh.

Additionally, the party has set up a committee comprising seven members to manage aspects related to polling. Shiv Kumar Dahariya has been appointed as the chairman of this committee, with Ramgopal Aggarwal serving as the convener. Their main responsibility will be to oversee logistics, coordination and ensure execution of all election-related activities.

To maintain discipline, integrity and adherence to the party’s code of conduct during this election period, the Congress has also established a nine-member committee. Dhanendra Sahu will lead this committee. 

Lastly, an 18-member planning and strategy committee has been formed for guidance and future planning purposes. Tamardhwaj Sahu will be leading this committee as its chief. This group will shape the party’s approach by making decisions and formulating strategies that can provide an advantage in the upcoming polls.

The Congress party’s meticulous organization into specialized committees underscores its determination for the Chhattisgarh elections. By ensuring clarity in manifesto promises, seamless poll management, disciplined conduct, and strategic planning, the party aims to fortify its position and resonate strongly with the Chhattisgarh electorate. It shows that Congress is working strategically to win the Chhattisgarh elections.
