Raipur. The Collectors’ Conference, chaired by Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, began at the Secretariat on Sunday. For the first time, the conference, held on a holiday, began early to avoid disruption to day-to-day administrative work. The Chief Secretary, along with all departmental secretaries, divisional commissioners, and collectors, were present.
Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai is conducting a thorough review of the implementation of government schemes. The meeting began with a review of the Food Department. Giving important instructions regarding the upcoming paddy procurement, the Chief Minister stated that the government will purchase every grain of paddy from farmers.
The Chief Minister, while asserting the need to complete 100% farmer registration on the Kisan Portal on time, directed that special camps be set up in remote areas where network problems persist. He also inquired about the future action plan from districts with slow progress in farmer registration.
