Raipur: Raipur Smart City Limited is currently constructing a “Smart Reading Room” near Motibagh at a cost of 6 crore rupees. Today, the newly appointed collector, Dr. Gaurav Kumar Singh, inspected the ongoing construction of the “Smart Reading Room.” During the inspection, he emphasized the importance of providing study-oriented youth with necessary books, internet connectivity, and an excellent learning environment.

Accompanying the collector during the inspection was Municipal Commissioner Avinash Mishra. Collector Dr. Singh directed that the 600-seater Reading Room-Library should include essential books for competitive exams. He suggested the utilization of the upper floor for studying, prioritizing the needs of students. This initiative aims to benefit the majority of students utilizing the Reading Room-Library.

Dr. Gaurav Singh also instructed swift completion of the construction, ensuring that the facility becomes operational at the earliest. Additionally, the operation of the library will be managed by a committee, following the model of the Nalanda complex.
