Jagdalpur: In his Bastar tour, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai reached the CRPF 241 Bastariya Battalion headquarters at Sedwa on Monday evening after attending the Bastar Development Authority meeting. They also met with and encouraged the CRPF personnel during the visit of the Chief Minister of the state, who presented the contingents with gifts.

On arrival at battalion headquarters, Chief Minister Sai was received with friendly gestures. Accepting the invitation to wear the CRPF uniform and support their cause, he greeted officials and jawans deployed there. The Chief Minister thanked them and commended their commitment to ensuring that security in the area is well enhanced. On occasion, the male and female commandos of CRPF presented a cultural program to display their dancing ability as well as group synergy.

After the program, to share the calories, Chief Minister Sai himself offered food to the jawans and had their food together in order to know them and make them feel good. To show and express even further, he decided to spend the night in the CRPF camp. Officials present with him were DGP Ashok Juneja, IG Range Sundrraj P, Collector Bastar, SP Bastar, and other officials.

Having waited until the morning of the 19th of November, the Chief Minister left camp to reach a helipad near Keshlur ITI at 10 a.m. in the direction of Dantewada district. While in Dantewada, he went to pray at Danteshwari Devi Temple, which he holds so close to his heart. After visiting the temple, Sai, the Chief Minister, headed to the state capital, Raipur.

It has brought to the fore the Chief Minister’s desire to meet security forces in the field, appreciate their work, and show his understanding of their struggles and needs as defenders of our region’s safety. The commitment to morale among the troops is really brought out by his decision to spend the night at the camp as well as take an active part in the camp activities.
