Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai will attend a program in the capital, Raipur, today. According to the schedule, he will attend the “Chhattisgarh Mining Conclave 2025” at 11:30 a.m., where ongoing mining operations in the state and related prospects will be discussed. At 2 p.m., he will arrive at the Balveer Singh Juneja Indoor Stadium, where he will participate in the “National Fishermen Awareness Conference.” Following the program, the Chief Minister will return to his residence at 3 p.m.
State Ranking Masters Tetteh Tournament tomorrow
Raipur. The first Chhattisgarh State Masters Ranking Tournament, dedicated to the memory of the late Gulab Chand Sharma, will be held on October 5th at the Sapre School Hall. Organized by the Chhattisgarh Veterans Table Tennis Committee of the Chhattisgarh Table Tennis (Tete) Association, the tournament will feature singles competitions in the men’s age groups of 40, 50, 60, 65, 70, and 75. In the women’s category, matches will be played in eight categories, including the 40 and 60 age groups.
State Table Tennis Association Secretary Sarthak Shukla stated that all preparations for the venue and participants have been completed. A total of approximately 130 players and officials from all districts of the state are participating, and the tournament will be played in a league format. Praveen Nirapure is the chief referee.
