On Thursday, January 8, a redressal programme will be held under the title of public grievance redressal programme organised in the Chief Minister Residence Office at Raipur. This time Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai will be mingling with the citizens in the state, and will be listening to their problems and issues personally.
In the programme, the Chief Minister will interact freely with the citizens and give them a chance to air their grievances, demands and suggestions directly to the top most executive body in the state. By focusing on a people-based model of governance, Vishnu Deo Sai will consider every application that they come across in the process of Jandarshan seriously and humanely.
The Chief Minister has already given a clear directive to the relevant authorities to take immediate and efficient steps on all complaints and requests that would be received in the interaction. He has instructed that all applications be handled with care and it must be prioritized in order to have the citizens get to acquire meaningful solutions to their problems in time. Officials have been requested to pay close attention to the follow up actions and make grievance redressal process accountable.
