Raipur: CM Baghel disbursed the second instalment of Rs 71.08 crore under the Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Bhumiheen Krishi Mazdoor Nyay Yojana. Simultaneously, he also released a sum of Rs 1125 crore as the second instalment to the accounts of 2058 lakh beneficiaries of Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana. He transferred, 13 crores 62 lakh to the cattle rearers, women groups and Gothan committees under the Gaudhan Nyay Yojana. Similarly, under the Shaheed Mahendra Karma Bima Yojana, an insurance amount of 10 lakh 91 lakh is paid to 728 tendu Patta collecting families. All payments were made online mode directly to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries.

CM also inaugurated 60 medical unit ambulances in the areas falling under Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats, under the Chief Minister’s ‘Urban Slum Health Scheme (CMUSHS)’. The decision was taken citing the success of CMUSHS in the municipal areas of the state.

The expansion person will be implemented in 43 Municipal Councils and 111 Nagar Panchayats of the state. It has been aimed that the initiative will provide the locals with easy access to healthcare facilities near their homes.
