Dantewada: Chief Minister, Bhupesh Baghel paid tribute to the soldiers who sacrificed their life in the Naxalite incident that happened yesterday. Further, he met with the Police and security officials to get complete information related to this case. The Dantewada District had a Naxal attack on Wednesday, so 10 soldiers died at the Aranpur Police Station.
It is still unclear to the media what has been discussed in this meeting. Om Mathur, BJP in-charge of the state, also arrived and paid tribute to the soldiers. Bhupesh Baghel addressed the situation: “Our soldiers have sacrificed their lives while fighting Naxals. This sacrifice will not go in vain. Now, the battle will be fought faster.”
CM Baghel also met the families of the soldiers who sacrificed their lives in this incident and paid condolences to them. He also promised to help the families of martyred soldiers as much as possible. Many villagers and officials also arrived at the destination to pay tributes to the soldiers.
On Wednesday, 26 April, an emergency meeting was also held regarding this matter and the Chief Minister, Bhupesh Baghel, said that the Naxals will have to pay the price for the actions which they’ve done. Amit Shah also expressed his grief over the situation and enquired about the matter. He also assured CM Baghel to provide all help possible.
