Raipur: Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel facilitated the transfer of the third installment of unemployment allowance and funds to the beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana through a video conferencing event held at his residence office. The ceremony took place at 11 am today, showcasing the government’s commitment to addressing unemployment issues and promoting rural housing.
Amid his busy schedule, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel also embarked on a visit to Bilaspur, where he actively participated in various local programs. Notably, he graced a free divyang seva camp organized by the Bharatiya Jain Organization Bilaspur at 3 pm, which was held at the Gujarati Samaj Bhawan in Tikrapara. The Chief Minister’s presence at such events highlights his dedication towards inclusive welfare initiatives.
Following the program, Chief Minister Baghel concluded his visit and returned to the Police Ground Helipad in Raipur at 4:10 pm. This reflects his commitment to effectively manage his responsibilities while ensuring his engagements with the people of Chhattisgarh.
During an interview, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel proudly announced that his government successfully distributed 80 crore rupees as unemployment allowances within a mere three-month period. He took a direct swipe at opposition parties, emphasizing that they had failed to provide 98 crore rupees in unemployment allowances during their 15-year rule. This statement highlights the Chief Minister’s resolve to deliver on his promises and improve the lives of the people of Chhattisgarh.
