Raipur: CM Baghel today departed to Delhi from Raipur, after being denied landing rights in Lucknow. Speaking to media reporters at Raipur airport Baghel has informed that he would go to the party headquarters in the national capital and chalk out a strategy for the violence that recently occurred in UP. Slamming the opposition he asserted they should be sacked for such inhumane behaviour. “BJP cannot tolerate any voice that is against them. Most opposition leaders have either been detained or put under house arrest. We demand the Union Minister be removed. This was not an ordinary incident but murder,” he said.
It is informed that Baghel and other MLAs would convene with Rahul Gandhi. As per the statement issued by Brishaspath Singh, nearly 42 MLAs would return to Chhattisgarh after their discussion with Rahul Gandhi over his visit to the state. Shedding light on Khattar’s statement he flagged his comments as a sign of autocracy. He asserted that the entire UP govt should be dismissed.
Earlier, Chhattisgarh Congress MLA Brihaspath Singh re-iterated how RSS tried to collapse the Congress in Madhya Pradesh and Punjab.
After violence erupted in Lakhimpur Kheri on Sunday, leaders of several parties had decided to visit the state. However, the UP Govt denied landing rights to several of them including CM Bhupesh Baghel.
