Mental health became a concern in the brutal second wave and many psychological disorders were being reported among the people. Chhattisgarh provided mental health counselling to all its health officers and Rural Medical Assistants (RMAs) from National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMH), Karnataka. With this, the state made sure that the benefits of the Mental health Mission reach the end beneficiaries i.e. the common masses.
