Whenever the state government communicates changes to these dates through television, radio or newspapers, the High Court shall adhere to the new dates after the consent of the Chief Justice.

Moreover, any of the officers and employees of the High Court are given a chance to select three, optional holidays out of those indicated by the state government for 2025.
