Raipur: The state administration has curated its personalized vaccination portal, “CG Teeka” for the third phase of the vaccination program. CM Bhupesh Baghel will launch this portal at 5:30 pm today.
The Baghel government sorted this resort after it recorded a huge number of individual polling at the counters set up. The state administration fixed up a ratio between the Antyodaya, BPL, APL and frontline workers for administering the vaccine. The new portal is expected to get rid of the unnecessary queuing the centres.
Registration for the vaccination will be available after the beta testing process is completed says the health care department. The app facilitates the individual to choose vaccination centres and the slot as per their convenience. Sources report, a help desk will also be established for the rural citizens, who can approach the registration counters set up at select locations besides all panchayat headquarters, municipal bodies headquarters and municipal headquarters. The local administration has organized all it means to extend the services equitably.
As per the government’s strategy, 20% of the total vaccine available at a centre is for frontline workers and people with comorbidity (suffering from serious diseases). 12% of the vaccine is being used for Antyodaya, Destitute, Annapurna and Disabled Category Ration Card holders. 16% of the vaccine is safe for people in the APL category and the largest 52% for BPL category card holders.
