Raipur: After the seventh phase of Lok Sabha elections, the focus of the administration as well as the people is now on the counting of votes on June 4. Counting of votes will begin with the counting of postal ballots at 8 am in the Engineering College located in Sehbahar, Raipur. Counting of EVMs began at 8.30 am.
Officers and employees appointed for counting work will be able to enter the counting center with an entry pass. Randomization will be done assembly-wise 24 hours in advance. Tables will be allotted at 5 am on the day of counting. 14 tables will be set up for each assembly. There will be one counting inspector, one counting assistant, one micro observer and one Group D employee at each table. Apart from this, reserve staff will also be appointed.
Exit polls are prohibited from being released and published by the Election Commission of India, but they may be broadcast by Media House and Surveyors after the election. To avoid inconsistencies, the exit polls are anticipated to start as soon as the final vote is cast in the polling place.
The findings of surveys and voter input are used to generate the expected results, which are merely assumed by the exit polls. The official announcement of the Chhattisgarh General Election 2024 or Chhattisgarh Lok Sabha Election 2024 result will come from the Election Commission of India.
On June 4, 2024, the vote-counting process will start, and that same day, in the evening, the results are anticipated to be announced. If there are any problems and it is not released before the evening of June 4, 2024, it will be issued early on June 5, 2024.
